Comprehensive Adoption Services

Connecting Families with Children

  • Locate Christian families willing to adopt babies, children, and sibling groups of all races
  • Offer adoption support groups before, during, and after adoption

Support for Expectant and Birth Mothers

  • Provide counseling before, during, and after placement
  • Offer maternity home referrals for expectant mothers in need

Community Engagement & Advocacy

  • Speak at churches and Christian organizations, encouraging adoption
  • Support care homes, providing temporary transitional residential housing for children in Florida

Glenda Richardson Carr

Glenda Richardson Carr is the CEO and Founder of Bundle of Hope Adoption and Family Services, established in 1998. Her personal experiences with infertility, the loss of her special needs biological daughter, and unwavering faith have driven her passion for connecting children with loving families. Through her dedication, thousands of domestic adoptions have been facilitated, creating forever families nationwide.

Originally from Panama City, Florida, Glenda spent many years in Jacksonville, FL, before returning to her hometown to give back to the community that shaped her. A dynamic public speaker, she has been featured on the Discovery Channel and the reality show Having My Baby. Her work has been highlighted in multiple publications, including GO Magazine (2020), and she has received numerous community awards, such as Runner-Up in the Best of Bay Awards.

In recent years, Glenda’s commitment to community service has been exemplified through the Children Left Behind Christmas Gifting Program, an initiative by Bundle of Hope that provides gifts to hundreds of children in Bay County during the holiday season.

Glenda’s dedication has been recognized with several accolades, including being honored as the Adoption Agency of the Year in 2022 for the Florida Panhandle and being among the Top 3 Remarkable Women in Northwest Florida in 2024. She also specializes in public policy and advocates for children, and in 2014, she implemented protocols for anti-bullying policies in schools throughout Florida.

Beyond adoption advocacy, Glenda is committed to equipping families with essential skills. She certifies families of special needs children, neonatal hospital parents, adoptive families, and residential housing groups in CPR. Additionally, she holds certification in Behavioral Management and Crisis Prevention, furthering her mission to support children and families in need.

Glenda’s passion is her driving force, and her life’s work is a testament to the power of faith, resilience, and love.

Teresa Sheffield is a dedicated case manager at Bundle of Hope Adoption and Family Services, having originally joined the organization as a volunteer.

A Panama City native, Teresa is a proud mother of three sons and a loving grandmother to five grandchildren. She and her husband, Luke, reside in Panama City, where they enjoy being close to their family, including two of their adult children and four grandchildren.

Lee Rosado

Lee Rosado has been a dedicated part of Bundle of Hope Adoption and Family Services for 16 years, serving as both an Adopted Family Coordinator and Office Manager in full-time and part-time capacities. Her passion for adoption is deeply personal—two of her three children were adopted through Bundle of Hope.

Lee and her husband live in Jacksonville, Florida, where they are raising their three children—two teenage boys and their preteen daughter, their little princess. Her firsthand experience as an adoptive mother allows her to provide invaluable support and guidance to families navigating their own adoption journeys.

Stephanie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), has been a valued member of Bundle of Hope Adoption and Family Services for 11 years. Throughout her tenure, she has served as both a Case Manager and Adopted Family Coordinator, working in both full-time and part-time capacities to support adoptive families through every stage of the process.

A devoted mother of two teenage daughters, Stephanie and her husband make their home in Jacksonville, Florida. Her expertise and compassionate approach continue to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the families she serves.
