Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Bundle of Hope Adoption and Family Services (“Bundle of Hope,” “we,” or “us”) handles information through this website. Website practices can change as services and providers are updated.

Effective date: October 19, 2026

Information you choose to provide

The general Contact form may collect a visitor’s name, email address, mailing address, daytime and nighttime phone numbers, fax number, preferred call time, area of interest, how the visitor heard about Bundle of Hope, and comments the visitor chooses to provide. Areas of interest may include adopting a child, placing a child for adoption, pregnancy-center classes, general information, donations, or another reason.

We use this information to respond to the inquiry and provide requested information. Gravity Forms processes the submission. Submissions may be stored in WordPress and sent by email to configured recipients.

Please do not send medical records, Social Security numbers, emergency information, or other highly sensitive information through the general Contact form or website chat.

Chat

The website uses Tidio for chat. When Tidio loads or a visitor uses chat, Tidio may process messages, session information, browser storage, and identifiers needed to operate the widget, remember a conversation, and route messages so Bundle of Hope can respond.

Website analytics

Bundle of Hope uses Independent Analytics within WordPress to understand website use. In the configuration reviewed for this site, Independent Analytics did not set browser cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage, and analytics requests remained on the Bundle of Hope site. It may process technical request information, such as an IP address and browser user agent, to create aggregated or pseudonymous analytics.

Embedded and third-party features

  • Vimeo: the homepage uses a Vimeo-hosted background video, and the Media page includes Vimeo videos. Vimeo receives technical request information when its player or related assets load. Where technically supported, player URLs use Vimeo’s do-not-track parameter.
  • YouTube: visitor-selected Media-page videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player where compatible. YouTube receives technical request information when a visitor chooses a YouTube video.
  • Google Maps: the Contact page includes an embedded Google map. Google receives technical request information when the map loads.
  • Google reCAPTCHA: the Contact form uses reCAPTCHA for spam and abuse prevention. Google resources may load before the form is submitted.
  • Trustindex: the homepage displays a review widget that loads review content and assets from Trustindex and Google-hosted image services.

These providers may receive technical information such as an IP address, browser and device details, referring page, and interaction information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Hosting and communications

The website is hosted through Hostinger. Form submissions and other website communications may also pass through email and service providers used by Bundle of Hope.

How information may be used

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, provide requested adoption or pregnancy-related information, operate and secure the website, prevent spam and abuse, maintain appropriate records, and understand website use.

Retention

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, why it was collected, operational needs, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Information may be retained in WordPress, email, chat, analytics, or related service systems for those purposes.

Security

Bundle of Hope uses administrative and technical measures intended to protect website information. No website, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Privacy choices and rights

Privacy rights vary by location. Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to personal information. To ask a privacy question or make a request, use the contact information below. Bundle of Hope may need information to verify and respond to a request.

Children and minors

The website provides information about adoption and pregnancy-related services that may be relevant to adults and minors. The website is not an emergency service. Visitors, including minors, should not submit highly sensitive information through the general Contact form or chat.
